Partner Program Terms

1. Overview

The BambooSignal Partner Program (“Program”) allows approved partners to earn revenue share commissions by referring new subscribers to BambooSignal. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.

2. Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of successful subscription payments collected from referred subscribers:

• Founding Signal Partners: 25% for the first 12 months per referred paid subscriber, then 5% ongoing. Always at least as favorable as KOL rates.
• KOL Partners: 15% / 17.5% / 20% for the first 12 months (tiered by paid subscriber count at time of first payment), then 5% ongoing.

3. Cohort Locking

Commission rates are locked per subscriber cohort at the moment the referred subscriber makes their first successful payment. The locked rate applies for the year-1 period (12 months from first payment). After year 1, commissions transition to the ongoing rate (currently 5%). Tier increases do not apply retroactively to previously locked cohorts.

4. Paid Subscriber Definition

A “paid subscriber” is a referred user who has completed at least one successful subscription payment. Free signups, trial periods, or failed payments do not count toward tier progression or commissions.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred subscriber receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the related commission entry is reversed. Partners are not entitled to commissions on payments that are subsequently refunded or disputed.

6. Payouts

Commissions are accumulated in a “pending” state and paid out monthly. The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Payouts are currently processed manually via bank transfer or PayPal. BambooSignal reserves the right to review pending commissions before payout.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities will result in commission voiding and potential program termination:

• Self-referrals or referrals from accounts you control
• Fake signups, bot traffic, or manufactured conversions
• Chargeback abuse or coordinated refund schemes
• Misrepresenting BambooSignal, its performance, or its signals
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive marketing

8. Program Changes

BambooSignal may modify Program terms for future referrals with 30 days advance notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to rates already locked for existing subscriber cohorts. BambooSignal may suspend or terminate the Program or any individual partnership at its discretion.

9. No Investment Advice

BambooSignal is an informational platform. Partners must not represent BambooSignal as providing investment advice, guaranteed returns, or personalized financial recommendations. All standard disclaimers apply.
